After five years of success as a catering company, Social Pantry was ready to open its first permanent restaurant.. The challenge was to create an identity that reflected their mission to make meaningful social and environmental impact through food, while honouring the restaurant’s historic home at Pitzhanger Manor, designed by the renowned British architect, Sir John Soane.

Drawing inspiration from Soane’s architectural details, we crafted a logo based on his iconic rose roundel carvings and paired it with typography drawn from his building facades. The result is an identity that beautifully bridges past and present, celebrating craftsmanship, community and conscious dining, all under one roof.
